What was your biggest concern before starting the program? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?
Before starting the program my biggest concern was more on the administrative side of getting in school, finding out classes I needed to take, and registering for classes.
I still have really bad memories of what I had to do when I was in undergrad and when I was in another grad school. It took so much time and I had to go through so much red tape and procedures only to find out I did something wrong and had to do it again. I dreaded having to go through this.
UB made sure I did not have a bad administrative experience. I could not believe how smooth they made the process for me. I did not have to worry about registering for class or anything else. I was able to stay clear of this stress and focus on my studies. What a relief.
What, specifically, was your favorite part of your online program and why?
What I liked best about the program was how it stretched me beyond where I thought I could go academically. My classes were challenging and they made me really think of solutions I would not of thought of before which facilitated a better learning experience for me. I loved the learning.
If you were to recommend the University of Bridgeport’s online MBA program to a friend or colleague, what would you say?
I would highly and proudly recommend the University of Bridgeport’s MBA program. They understand what it takes to support the adult student who is a seasoned professional.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
Lauren, I want to thank you for your support. I know there is no way I could have done this without you. I really mean this. I had so much going on in my life the past year with leaving my job, relocating, and starting a new business. With your support all I had to do was to be ready for my class when it started. Thank you so much for doing a great job and providing the best customer service ever!
